CEOs

Business priorties change often. To accommodate that in Khorus, you can do what we call "shelving a goal". This is like putting it on the shelf so you can pick up where you left off on it later. The goal details remain intact, previous goal updates are kept, the goal can still be shown in reports, but it no longer shows as an active goal nor does it ask for future updates.

This is always the preferred option to deleting a goal. In fact, don't ever delete your goal, except for a goal that you began writing, saved it as draft, then decided you're not going to publish it as one of your goals for the quarter. Start by going to goals.

Find the goal you want to shelve.

Menu.

Once you're done, anyone who owns a goal aligned with yours will receive a notification that you've done so. Shelving your goal does not automatically take action on the goals aligned with yours, so talk with your direct reports about what they should do about their goals that are aligned with your now-shelved goal.
